Impact Report

What happens when
resources arrive in time.

We do not tell survivor stories without consent, and we do not reduce people to their worst day. What we publish is the architecture of our work and the outcomes it produces.

Three Cases

Stories are shared only with written consent and in summary form. Clinical and procedural details are published to demonstrate the model; identifying details are never released.

01
$8,400

A survivor of domestic assault carried a visible facial scar from a cutting injury. She lived with it for eleven months before a case worker referred her to the foundation.

Our network included a board-certified dermatologic surgeon specializing in scar revision. The committee approved three sessions of fractional laser therapy and a surgical scar revision, performed at provider direct cost.

Outcome

Surgical and laser course complete. Final dermatologic evaluation at six months confirmed reduction of scar visibility consistent with procedural benchmarks.

02
$14,200

A survivor of sexual assault required reconstructive procedures her insurance had classified as "elective." Two prior attempts through non-profit channels resulted in declined coverage or year-long waitlists.

Our network connected her with a peer-reviewed plastic surgeon. The grant funded the procedure and post-operative care at provider direct cost.

Outcome

Surgical reconstruction complete. Three-month follow-up confirmed healing on expected course. Patient-reported outcome measures documented in transparency report.

03
$11,800

A survivor of intimate partner violence suffered dental damage that went unaddressed for four years. The injuries included fractured teeth, root compromise, and alveolar bone involvement requiring oral surgery.

Our network included a restorative dentist and oral surgeon. Six teeth reconstructed and a surgical implant, delivered at provider direct cost.

Outcome

Full restoration complete across three procedural sessions. Implant integration confirmed at ninety days. Patient returned to full dietary and speech function.

Full Audited Reporting

Our annual report documents every grant category, the complete grant disbursement ledger, our network composition, committee review statistics, operating and overhead ratios, and our audited financial position.

It is published each fiscal year following independent audit by an external firm. Institutional donors and grantmakers requesting more detailed matching data should request a donor briefing.
